But not for a teenager. Oh no!
Teenagers are a constantly hungry species- always lobbing food into their mouths at a rate of knots, desperate for their next hit.
Take me, for example. Today I've eaten two large meals, a bacon sandwich, a family pack of Haribo Tangtastics, a few slices of pizza, toast, a kitkat and about three bowls of cheerios (my current favourite snack for those 2am cravings).
Do I regret any of it? Not in the slightest. For one thing, I seem to have the most efficient metabolism known to man, and for another, I can't see the point of holding back.
I mean, yes- I'm probably going to get some kind of obesity related illness by the time I'm 25, but at least I'll have known the joys of midnight cereal!
If you can't enjoy food, then that is a problem. So relax, world! Eat freely, and appreciate your meals.
