And as much as I'm terrified about the exams, and really need to get into my revision, I've also come up with a number of great ways to procrastinate.
Starting with... a serious addiction to 'Come Dine with Me'.
'Come Dine with Me' is just fantastic! I don't think I've ever been this passionate about crap TV in my entire life! I've been watching about 2 hours of the beloved cookery programme per day, mostly because Channel 4 broadcast the show at basically all hours.
Secondly, I've started making earrings.
Recently, my Mum bought a pair of pliers and hooks to make earrings with, and since then, I've been having a ball. Every time I tire of History revision, I make myself a new pair of earrings. Earring-making is great, and quite a fun way to waste time, but I've now got about 30 pairs.
I've also been singing. A lot.
I'm studying for my AS Music exam, and one of our topics is jazz, pop and rock. Queen's 'Killer Queen', 'Yesterday' by The Beatles, 'Black and Tan Fantasy' by Duke Ellington - so many great songs, and I can't help but want to sing them, pretty much all of the time. Unfortunately, my younger brother is also revising, and he has complained several times (he even dared to interrupt my one-woman performance of 'Bohemian Rhapsody'!)
And... blogging, which is what I'm doing now.
Sorry I haven't blogged in a while, I've had a lot on. If you enjoyed this post, comment below! If you're also revising, I'd love to hear from you - what are your procrastination methods, and what do you think of mine?
